Frequently asked questions

The questions we get most often, answered directly. If yours isn't here, write to us - we reply quickly.

What does a project cost?

It depends on the service and the amount of work: there is a wide gap between a presentation site and a custom application. We don't publish fixed prices, because we would rather hear what you need before naming a figure. The calculator on this site gives you an indicative range in RON in a few minutes, and after a short conversation you get a firm quote the same day.

How long does a project take?

A presentation site takes 1 to 5 weeks. An automation, 2 to 11 weeks. A custom application, 3 to 17 weeks. Where you land depends on the amount of work - the number of pages or features, the integrations, and whether the design comes from you. Product engineering is monthly and ongoing, with no end date.

Why aren't prices listed on the site?

Because the same request can mean two completely different projects. A price advertised without context would either be too low for us to deliver on, or too high to be useful to you. We would rather listen first and give a number we can stand behind. If you do want an order of magnitude before talking, the calculator gives you one immediately.

What does the price include?

It includes hosting and the domain, plus the revision rounds agreed at the start. It does not include copy or photography - those come from you. We say so up front, because it is the most common surprise in a web project.

Do I need my text and photos ready?

Yes - the content comes from you: the copy, the photography, and brand materials if they exist. We help with the structure, what each page should say and in what order, but we don't write the copy or shoot the photos. A project that starts with its content ready ships noticeably faster.

How long until I get a quote?

After a short conversation where we understand what you need, you get the quote the same day. We won't keep you waiting a week for a price.

What happens after launch?

We stay. Most of our projects are still in active development a year after going live, on a monthly product engineering retainer: maintenance, improvements and continued development. It isn't mandatory, but it is how we work best - a system that is watched improves, one that is delivered and forgotten decays.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes, and it's a significant part of what we do. We take on applications and sites built by other teams, get them into a state where they can be maintained, and carry on developing them. The first step is always an assessment of the existing code, so that we both know where we're starting from.

What is GEO optimisation?

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization: preparing a site to be cited correctly by AI assistants, not just indexed by Google. In practice we add structured data that states explicitly what the business is, who runs it and what it offers, plus content written to answer real questions. It's included in the Premium digital presence tier.

Do you work with clients outside Romania?

Yes. We're based in Timișoara and work with clients across Romania, but we also have projects further afield - among them a football club in the UK. Everything can be handled remotely.
