What we built

Vet ID is a startup product: a place for pet owners to keep a real medical record of their pets, not just a note on their phone somewhere. Sistemigro built it from scratch - the web app, the mobile app, the backend, and the design - working as an outsourced product team rather than delivering a single one-off handoff.

Where it's headed

The owner-facing app is the first piece of a larger plan, still taking shape as the product grows: a companion app for vets to talk directly with pet owners through the same records, and admin tools for a clinic to manage its own vets on top of that. Right now Vet ID is an owner-side product - the vet and clinic layers are the roadmap, not something already built.

Working at startup speed

Startup work moves differently from a normal client project. The scope shifts as real usage teaches the founder something new, priorities get reshuffled mid-build, and there's rarely a finished spec to execute against - just a direction that keeps sharpening as the product meets real users. That pace is exactly the environment Sistemigro is built for: we work in constant back-and-forth rather than waiting for a fixed brief, we treat the founder's read on their own market as the thing we're building around, and we move fast without needing everything nailed down first. It's hard, fast, and a little chaotic by nature - and it's the kind of project Sistemigro takes on with total confidence, because we've built the muscle for exactly this.

From vision to the app stores

Sistemigro owns the entire pipeline for Vet ID, end to end: product and UX decisions, the design system, the web app, the React Native and Expo mobile app, the Supabase backend, and getting the mobile build through app-store review - not just writing code against someone else's plan. The web app is live; the mobile app is currently in internal testing on the Google Play Store, on its way to a public release and, eventually, the App Store.
